Waterseal were appointed by Wyn Construction to deliver basement waterproofing as part of the redevelopment of Worswick Chambers in Newcastle. The project involved installing waterproof membranes and cavity drain systems to protect below-ground structures within this major city centre regeneration scheme.
Working alongside the wider refurbishment programme, our installations were tailored to the constraints of the existing Grade II listed structure, ensuring long-term moisture control, structural protection and compliance with modern performance standards.
