Waterseal were appointed by Wyn Construction and Morgan Sindall to deliver gas protection membrane systems for the Thorpe Academy extension in Ryton. Our scope included the installation of below-ground gas membranes and associated detailing to protect new classroom and facility areas.
Delivered in coordination with groundworks and structural trades, the installations provide effective protection against ground gases and moisture ingress, supporting the long-term performance of this educational expansion.
