Waterseal were appointed by BCE to supply and install gas protection membranes for new-build housing at Reynolds Avenue, South Shields, on behalf of South Tyneside Council. The works formed part of a residential development requiring compliant gas barrier protection to below-ground structures.
Installed in accordance with current standards and project specifications, our systems were carefully detailed around joints and surface penetrations, ensuring long-term integrity, durability and effective gas protection for the completed homes.
