Waterseal were appointed by Story Contracting Ltd to deliver waterproofing works to a new underbridge structure within the Ravenscraig Masterplan regeneration near Motherwell, Scotland. Our scope involved supplying and installing waterproofing protection to the concrete bridge structure ahead of installation, supporting long-term durability within this major brownfield redevelopment.
The structure was constructed offline and installed during a major rail possession over the West Coast Main Line. Our works were completed ahead of the bridge lift, ensuring the deck was fully protected prior to installation and subsequent infrastructure works.
