Waterseal were appointed by LAXCON to deliver roof, podium and balcony waterproofing for a large residential development on Downs Road in Hackney. Our scope included the installation of high-performance waterproofing systems across terraces, podium decks and private balcony areas to protect exposed structures from water ingress and long-term weathering.
Careful detailing around drainage outlets, upstands and interfaces ensured a resilient, fully sealed envelope beneath paved and landscaped finishes, supporting the durability and long-term performance of the development.
