Waterseal were appointed by IRS to investigate and remediate persistent waterproofing failures at the Advent residential development in Ancoats, Manchester. Our scope involved diagnosing water ingress at podium deck interfaces and delivering a tailored waterproofing solution to restore long-term performance.
Works were completed within an occupied residential environment, with careful sequencing to minimise disruption while installing expansion joint systems and bonded waterproof coatings to provide durable protection to the building envelope.
