Waterseal were appointed by the University of Cambridge to deliver podium deck waterproofing works at Trinity Hall College. The project involved installing a new trafficable waterproofing system to roof terrace areas where the existing membrane had failed, causing water ingress into occupied spaces below.
Working within this sensitive historic environment, the new waterproofing system was installed over the existing substrate with minimal disruption, restoring watertight performance while preserving the appearance and usability of the terrace areas.
