Waterseal were appointed by Careys to deliver specialist podium deck waterproofing at 30 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair. Our scope included the installation of fully bonded waterproofing systems to key deck, terrace and concealed roof interfaces within this high-profile redevelopment of the former US Embassy building.
Working closely with the main contractor and design team, we provided durable protection beneath elevated surfaces and public realm areas, with careful detailing to prevent water ingress into basement and service zones. The installation supports the long-term resilience of this landmark mixed-use development in central London.
