Waterseal were appointed by ESH Construction to deliver waterproofing works as part of the new extension at Greenfield Academy in Newton Aycliffe. Our scope included the supply and installation of waterproofing and damp-proof membrane systems across below-slab and perimeter areas of the new three-storey education facility.
Delivered in coordination with groundworks and structural trades, our installations provide robust protection against moisture ingress, supporting the long-term durability and performance of this major educational development.
