Waterseal were appointed by Kier and Wyn Construction to deliver waterproofing and gas protection systems for the new James Calvert Spence College campus in Amble. Our scope included the installation of below-ground waterproofing and gas membranes to protect the school’s foundations and external envelope.
Delivered alongside the main construction programme, our installations provide long-term protection against moisture ingress and ground gases, supporting the durability and performance of this major new educational development.
