Waterseal were appointed by Careys to deliver specialist waterproofing works at The Peninsula Hotel, Grosvenor Place, London. Our scope included installing high-performance waterproofing systems to penthouse floor slabs to protect ultra-luxury residential and hotel spaces below from moisture ingress.
Delivered under challenging site conditions during COVID-19 restrictions, the installations provide durable, long-term protection while supporting the high performance standards expected within this landmark hospitality development.
